Iberfácil brings together lawyers, court agents, experts and administrative agents across Spain. We handle any administrative procedure, out-of-court matter or court case from start to finish, with a written price and your case file in view.

### HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, and none of them needs you to know law or forms.

1. **YOU TELL US WHAT YOU NEED** In your own words, from your phone or at a partner point. Attach whatever you have at hand.
2. **WE TELL YOU IF IT IS VIABLE AND WHAT IT COSTS** A person reads your case. You get the scope and the price in writing. If we do not see it clearly, we tell you that too.
3. **YOU ACCEPT AND WE HANDLE IT** You sign the engagement online and the right professional gets to work: filings, submissions, requests and appeals.
4. **YOU FOLLOW EVERYTHING IN YOUR CLIENT AREA** Every milestone, document and message stays in your case file. We tell you when you need to do something.

### WHAT YOU WILL PAY, TOLD BEFORE WE START

 **Standard procedures have a closed price.**  You see it before you commission the work and it does not change.

 **Anything that depends on the case comes with a free quote and viability report.**  We read what you tell us and set out in writing the options, what we propose and what each stage costs. If you decide not to go on, you owe nothing.

Where what is claimed is money — a debt, a dismissal, compensation — there is also a percentage of what you actually recover, due once the money is in your account. Everywhere else there is no percentage at all: a permit, a licence or a certificate is a closed price.
