We are a single point of contact: any procedure before any authority, any out-of-court matter and any action before courts and tribunals, across the country.

### WHAT A LIST CANNOT SHOW

What you see here are examples. It is not the list of what we know how to do: it is a sample of what is asked for most, arranged so you find the common cases quickly. What we actually do is simpler to state:  **any procedure before any body or authority, anywhere in the country, and any action before courts and tribunals, in any jurisdiction** .

That includes things no list captures well: an operator licence before a sector regulator, a works licence at one particular town hall, penalty proceedings brought by a sector body, a criminal matter arising from a tax inspection, an expert report in an unusual discipline, a claim against an authority in another region. If it has a file, a deadline and a body, it is our work.

#### HOW IT WORKS WHEN YOUR CASE IS NOT ON THE SITE

You tell us what you need and from whom. We identify the procedure, the competent body and the deadline; we give you an agreed price and written scope before we start; and we handle it end to end with whichever specialist it needs.

The price is agreed before we start, just as with everything else we do.

We answer within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.
