### WHAT HELPS US TO KNOW

Three things save a round trip: since when it has been going on, whether any date is pressing (a notification, an appeal deadline, a hearing already listed) and which documents you already have. If you have none, say so and we start anyway.

A person reads every request, not an automated system, and we reply within 1 working day. We will tell you whether it is something we do, how we would go about it and what it costs. If it is not, we say so too, and where we can we point you to whoever can help.
