## I need a digital certificate

Obtaining, renewing or using certificates for specific procedures. We first identify which certificate you are asked for; then we apply for it, install it and check with you that it works.

### WHAT WE WILL ORGANISE

The tax office asks you to file something through its online portal. Social Security no longer sees you without an appointment, and the appointment requires a certificate. Your town hall, your university or the immigration office demand an electronic signature. Or you had a certificate, it expired and you cannot log in anywhere. A small problem that blocks big procedures.

We start by identifying which certificate works for you: an individual's certificate is not the same as a company representative's or an association's. Then the digital certificates service applies for it, arranges the identity check appointment if needed, installs it on your computer or phone and checks with you that the procedure you needed now works.

#### WHAT TO HAVE AT HAND

- A valid Spanish ID card or foreigner's ID (NIE).
- An email address and a phone number you have access to.
- The device you want to use it on.
