1. **TELL US WHO YOU ARE** Profession, bar or association, specialties, area and whether you have an office. Two minutes from your phone.
2. **WE CHECK AND WE TALK** We verify membership, insurance and tax ID, and call you to align terms and expectations.
3. **YOU NEGOTIATE AND SIGN YOUR CONTRACT** You receive the written proposal with the negotiable clauses marked, and sign it electronically.
4. **YOU ACTIVATE YOUR ENTITY AND YOUR TEAM** Register your firm or practice, invite whoever works with you and declare each person's specialties.
5. **YOU RECEIVE THE FIRST ENGAGEMENT** We propose matters in your specialty and area with the case file prepared. You accept the ones you want.

A Point never loses its clients: when asked for something it does not do, it says yes and channels it through Iberfácil. It earns a commission on every matter, is the in-person reference for its area and can issue qualified digital certificates to its clients as an operator of our Registration Authority.

ARE YOU A LAW FIRM THAT SUBCONTRACTS ME?

No. Iberfácil is a legal ecosystem: it wins the client, builds the case file, invoices and coordinates. You direct the matter technically as an independent professional, with your own judgement and your own bar membership.

IS THIS A DIRECTORY WHERE I AM LISTED AND CLIENTS CALL ME?

No. Nobody cold-calls you. The client contracts with Iberfácil and the matter reaches you fully prepared, with scope and price closed. You decide whether to accept it.

WHAT KIND OF CONTRACT DO I SIGN?

A collaboration contract as a freelancer or as a company, with base clauses and negotiable clauses in writing. It is signed electronically, no paper.

DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT EVERY MATTER?

No. We propose the ones that fit your specialty, area and workload, and you choose which to take on.

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?

Iberfácil invoices the client and pays you as agreed in your contract, with a written payment term. You never chase a late payment.

CAN I COLLABORATE AND BE A POINT AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes. They are two roles the same entity can hold, each with its own agreement.
