### HOW A PROCEDURE REACHES YOUR DESK

The client contracts a fixed-price procedure or accepts a quote. Our team requests the documents against a checklist, reviews them, calculates and pays the fee, and prepares the draft form with the data already loaded. When the file is complete, the assignment engine proposes it to an agency in the province with that specialty.

You review it with your professional judgement, file it and attend to any requests from the authority. Alerts to the client — what is missing, what has been filed, which decision has arrived — are sent by the platform.

### JOINING AS A COLLABORATING AGENCY

1. **WHAT YOU DO AND WHERE** Specialties, provinces and whether your office is open to the public. Association and number if you are a registered administrative agent or labour consultant.
2. **CHECKS AND TERMS** We verify your professional details and tax ID and agree which procedures you want to receive and whether you want to be a Point.
3. **BUSINESS CONTRACT AND TEAM REGISTRATION** You sign online, register the people in your agency with their role and become available in the distribution.

### DIGITAL CERTIFICATES FOR YOUR CLIENTS, FROM YOUR OFFICE

As an Iberfácil Point your agency can identify its clients and issue qualified digital certificates, with the same legal validity as those issued by the FNMT, through our Registration Authority. No appointments elsewhere and the client never leaves your office.

### Frequently asked questions

DO YOU OFFER MONTHLY TAX, PAYROLL OR ACCOUNTING SERVICES?

No. Iberfácil works on individual procedures and matters with a closed scope. Your monthly agency work does not compete with the network; it complements it.

DO I LOSE THE CLIENT I CHANNEL?

No. The client is attributed to your agency and you earn commission on what they contract afterwards. The commercial relationship stays yours.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION REACHES ME?

What the procedure requires, reviewed against a checklist, with the fee paid and the authorisation done. Anything missing is requested by the platform, not by you.

CAN MY CLIENT BRING THE PAPERS TO MY OFFICE?

Yes. As a Point, your office is a drop-off and collection place for documents, and can take cash payments if you agree to it.
