## A small firm with a network behind it.

You join as a single entity with the whole team: each lawyer, agent or expert declares their specialties and receives the matters that fit. What the firm does not handle it channels through Iberfácil and earns a commission. Workload peaks stop being a problem and the fields you do not cover stop being a no.

### THE FIRM'S PANEL

From «My entity» the owner sees proposed engagements, who handles them, each one's deadlines and the pending settlement. They can invite new members, change the team's roles and specialties, and request or withdraw the firm's listing in the Points directory.

Each professional works their case in the same place: documents, timeline, deadlines with alerts, signature with SignSuite and messages with the client through the platform's channels.

### REGISTERING A FIRM

1. **THE OWNER APPLIES** Company name, tax ID, address, the firm's specialties and provinces. If you have an office open to the public, tick Point.
2. **CHECKS AND CONTRACT PROPOSAL** We verify tax ID and bar memberships and propose a collaboration contract with the negotiable clauses marked.
3. **SIGNATURE AND TEAM REGISTRATION** The administrator signs electronically, invites each member and each one completes their professional profile.

### Frequently asked questions

ONE CONTRACT FOR THE WHOLE FIRM?

Yes. The collaboration contract is signed by the entity. Each capability — collaborator, Point — has its own agreement within it.

WHO DECIDES WHICH MEMBER HANDLES A MATTER?

The engine proposes it to the member whose specialty and workload fit; the firm confirms or reassigns from its panel.

DOES EVERY PROFESSIONAL HAVE TO BE VERIFIED?

Yes. What each member declares — role, specialties, bar membership — is checked by Iberfácil before it counts for distribution.

CAN WE LEAVE THE NETWORK?

Yes, with the notice period in the contract. Ongoing matters are finished or handed over, with leave, to another member of the network.
