When your client asks for something you do not do, now you can say yes. You channel it through Iberfácil, earn a commission on what is invoiced, your office is the in-person reference for the area and you can handle qualified digital certificates for your clients. You focus on your clients; we take care of the rest.

### A REFERRAL, FROM START TO FINISH

Your client describes a problem outside your field. You open the request from your network panel or give them your link; it is attributed to your Point. Iberfácil's central team studies viability, closes the written quote and, if the client accepts, a network professional carries it out. You see the status at all times and receive your commission settlement.

If your client prefers paper, they drop off and collect documents at your office. If they prefer to pay in cash, you collect and transfer it. Everything is recorded for both of you.

### HANDLE DIGITAL CERTIFICATES IN YOUR OFFICE

Iberfácil is a Registration Authority for eIDAS trust services through the certification authority Víntegris. After a short video-call training, the people you choose on your team become identification operators and can serve your clients in person: they check identity, sign the request and the certificate is issued without an appointment anywhere else.

You can also open video-identification requests for clients who do not come to your office.

### HOW YOU BECOME A POINT

1. **YOU APPLY** Business name, tax ID, office address and which clients you serve. Tick that you want to be a Point.
2. **WE TALK AND CHECK** We confirm your tax ID, your activity and your area, and explain the terms in writing.
3. **YOU SIGN THE POINT AGREEMENT** Electronically, with the territory, the commissions and the document and cash options you choose.
4. **YOU ACTIVATE YOUR OFFICE** Invite your team, publish your directory listing and, if you wish, take the training to handle certificates.

### Frequently asked questions

DOES BEING A POINT COST ANYTHING?

There is no joining or membership fee. The training to handle certificates has a one-off cost per entity that we state in writing before you take it.

DO I GET AN EXCLUSIVE AREA?

The territory is set in your agreement. Exclusivity exists and is negotiated; it is not granted without a referral commitment.

WHICH SERVICES CAN I OFFER MY CLIENTS?

Practically all of them: any procedure before any public authority, court proceedings in every jurisdiction, expert reports, mediation, debt recovery and digital certificates.

HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE COMMISSION?

On what Iberfácil invoices and collects from the client, with the periodic settlement and the term set out in your agreement.

CAN I BE A POINT WITHOUT BEING AN AGENCY?

Yes. Any business with an office open to the public and clients who trust it can: consultancies, firms, insurance agencies, estate agents and others.
