You work alone, and every hour spent finding clients, collecting invoices or building case files is an hour you do not practise. In the Iberfácil network we do those three things. You receive matters in your specialty and area, decide which to accept and get paid by Iberfácil.

### YOUR PRACTICE REMAINS YOURS

You collaborate as a freelancer with your own bar membership, insurance and judgement. You decide the workload you want: one matter a month or a full diary. If you ask for territorial exclusivity in your contract, we negotiate it with a referral commitment; otherwise you work with whoever you like outside the network.

Your long-standing clients remain yours. And if one asks for something you do not do, you can channel it through Iberfácil as a Point and earn a commission instead of saying no.

### JOINING AS A SOLE PRACTITIONER

1. **YOUR PROFESSIONAL DETAILS** Profession, bar and number, specialties, provinces and address. Your tax ID is your personal ID: the entity is you.
2. **CHECKS AND A CALL** We verify bar membership, insurance and tax ID and discuss fees and workload.
3. **SIGNATURE AND ACCESS TO YOUR PANEL** You sign electronically and enter the network panel with your own entity, no powers of attorney or representatives.

### Frequently asked questions

DO I NEED A COMPANY?

No. If you practise as an individual, the network entity is you and the contract is a freelance one.

CAN I COMBINE IT WITH MY OWN CLIENTS?

Yes. Unless you agree exclusivity, the collaboration does not limit your activity outside the network.

HOW MUCH WORK WILL I RECEIVE?

It depends on your specialty, your area and demand. We do not promise a volume; we do promise that every proposal you receive is a real engagement with a closed price.

AM I LISTED IN A PUBLIC DIRECTORY?

No. Clients do not pick a lawyer from a list; the matter is assigned within the network. Only Points have a public listing, and voluntarily.
