**In short:** Certificate renewal and revocation: renewal of your qualified certificate before expiry and urgent revocation request if the device is lost or misuse is suspected. We manage the issuance of qualified certificates from the Víntegris CA, with the same legal validity as those issued by the FNMT. To renew, the current certificate is enough; to revoke, you only need to identify yourself.

### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

An expired certificate blocks procedures on the worst possible day, and a compromised one is a bigger problem: it can be used to sign in your name. Renewal is prepared before expiry; revocation cannot wait.

What it includes: advance warning of expiry and handling the renewal; urgent revocation request and, where needed, arranging a new certificate; checking the renewed certificate works on your usual procedures. What it does not include: we cannot renew a certificate that has already expired: that requires a new issuance, with identification.

#### DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED

- The current certificate or its identifying details.
- Valid identity document of the holder.
- The reason for revocation where one is requested.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 1 and 2 working days.

An urgent revocation is requested as soon as you tell us; when it takes effect is set by the certification authority. A renewal usually completes the same day.

### How it works

1. **WE CHOOSE THE CERTIFICATE** We check which certificate you have, when it expires and whether it needs renewing or revoking because the device was lost or the holder changed.
2. **IDENTIFICATION** To renew, the current certificate is enough; to revoke, identifying yourself is. We tell you the cost beforehand.
3. **NEW CERTIFICATE AND INSTALLATION** We handle the renewal or request the revocation and, where appropriate, arrange a new one and install the certificate on your device.
4. **REAL TEST AND BACKUP** We check that the renewed certificate works in the procedures you carry out regularly.
