### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

The Commercial Registry is where a company exists for third parties. A change of director that is not registered has consequences you notice too late. And if the accounts are not filed, the registry closes to new registrations (Companies Act, art. 282).

What it includes: requesting searches, certificates and charge reports; legalisation of books and filing of annual accounts; registering changes of director, address or corporate purpose. What it does not include: it does not include preparing the annual accounts, the notarial deed or the registry and notary fees, which are quoted or paid separately.

- Minutes or deed recording the resolution to be registered.
- Prepared and approved annual accounts, where filing is the purpose.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 2 and 6 working days.

The Commercial Registry reviews and registers within fifteen days of the presentation entry (thirty where there is just cause); if there are defects, a period opens to correct them.

### Frequently asked questions

I HAVE NOT FILED ACCOUNTS FOR PAST YEARS.

The registry does not register other documents until the accounts are filed, except for removals of directors, revocation of powers, dissolution and liquidators (Companies Act, art. 282). The company also faces a fine of €1,200 to €60,000 (art. 283). It can be put right, and we tell you the order and the cost.

THE FILING WAS RETURNED WITH DEFECTS.

They are corrected within the entry's validity period. We handle it.
