### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

An electronic seal evidences the origin and integrity of documents issued by the company without a natural person intervening. It is what lets you invoice or seal thousands of documents without everything depending on one director's personal certificate.

What it includes: analysis of the intended use and the right storage medium; issuance of the qualified seal certificate in the entity's name; support integrating it with your invoicing or management system. What it does not include: it does not include developing the integration in your software, which is for your technical provider.

#### DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED

- The entity's tax number and deed of incorporation.
- A document evidencing the applicant's powers.
- A description of the system where it will be used.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 2 and 5 working days.

Issuance usually completes within a few days; integration depends on your software provider.
