### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Incorporating a company is six linked procedures and each depends on the last. The articles are the one part not to copy from a template: they decide how a shareholder dispute is resolved five years from now.

What it includes: negative certificate of company name; articles drafted for the real split between shareholders; coordination of notary, tax number, tax registration and registry filing. What it does not include: it does not include notarial and registry fees or paying up the share capital, which are the party's cost.

### How it works

Estimated duration: 12 days.

1. **ASSESSMENT** We see with the partners which company type suits, how the capital is split and which exit and deadlock rules the by-laws must provide for.
2. **CALENDAR AND QUOTE** We ask for the IDs of partners and directors, three names in order of preference and the business purpose. Price agreed, notary and registry fees apart.
3. **PREPARATION AND FILING** We request the name, draft the by-laws, coordinate signing at the notary and file the tax registration and the registry entry.
4. **REMINDERS** We tell you when the company is registered and leave you in writing its first tax and accounting obligations.
