### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Exchange depends on whether there is a treaty with your country and on when you obtained residence: there is a deadline, and once it passes the only route is to sit the tests. Checking first avoids losing months.

What it includes: checking whether your licence can be exchanged and within what deadline; booking the appointment and filing with the provincial traffic office; tracking through to delivery of the Spanish licence. What it does not include: it does not include the medical and psychological tests or the driving exams, or their outcome.

### How it works

1. **WE IDENTIFY THE EXACT PROCEDURE** We check whether your foreign licence can be exchanged, within what period from taking up residence and what happens if that period has passed.
2. **DOCUMENT LIST AND QUOTE** We ask for the original licence, the residence certificate and a photo in the format the traffic authority requires. Price agreed, fee apart.
3. **FILING AND RECEIPT** We book the appointment at the provincial office and file the exchange or recovery application with the fee paid.
4. **TRACKING AND CORRECTIONS** We follow the application until the Spanish licence is handed over and tell you if they request the authenticity certificate from your country.
