### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

An advanced electronic signature leaves a record that a paper signature does not: who signed, when, and over exactly which version of the document.

What it includes: preparing the document and the signing workflow; signing with an evidence record and generating the evidence file; safekeeping of the signed document and its evidence. What it does not include: it does not include drafting the document being signed, quoted as its own service.

- The signing order where the workflow requires one.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 1 and 2 working days.

The workflow closes as soon as all parties have signed; reminders are automatic.

### How it works

1. **WHAT NEEDS SIGNING AND WHO SIGNS** We look at which document must be signed, who signs and which type of signature it needs to carry the weight you want.
2. **IDENTIFICATION** We ask for the final document and the contact details of each signer. Price agreed per document or per volume.
3. **SIGNING FLOW AND EVIDENCE** We set up the signing flow, each signer signs and the evidence file is generated.
4. **SAFEKEEPING AND VERIFIABLE COPY** We keep the signed document with its evidence and hand it to you in a format anyone can verify.

### Frequently asked questions

IS IT AS VALID AS SIGNING BY HAND?

It is an advanced electronic signature: it records who signed, when and which version. It is not a qualified signature. If you need to know whether it will serve in a specific proceeding, a professional in the network assesses that, as a separate service.

DO THE OTHER SIGNATORIES NEED A CERTIFICATE?

It depends on the signature level the document needs. We tell you before setting up the workflow.

HOW IS IT CHARGED?

Per signature, at a unit rate. For high volumes we quote specifically.
