### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

The wrong contract type is one of the most expensive employment exposures there is: a temporary contract without cause converts to permanent and the compensation changes. Choosing right at the start costs the same.

What it includes: choosing the contract type that matches the real cause; drafting the contract under the applicable collective agreement; social security registration and notification to the employment service. What it does not include: it does not include monthly payroll and social security management: we do not offer it as a subscription; if you need it, it is contracted as a new procedure with its own quote.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 1 and 4 working days.

Social security registration must be requested before work starts (and no earlier than 60 calendar days before); the contract is notified to the public employment service within ten working days of signing.

2. **CALENDAR AND QUOTE** We ask for the company and employee details, the position, the hours and the salary. Price agreed per contract.
3. **PREPARATION AND FILING** We draft the contract in line with the collective agreement, register the employee with social security and notify the public employment service.
4. **REMINDERS** We remind you of the contract milestones: end of the probation period, expiry if temporary and working-time record obligations.
