### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Winning the case and getting paid are two different things. Enforcement is where the money is actually recovered, and it depends above all on one thing: finding assets before they disappear.

What it includes: enforcement claim on a judgment, award, approved settlement or deed; investigation of the debtor's assets by lawful means; applying for attachments and tracking through to payment. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee collection: where the debtor has no attachable assets or income, enforcement comes to nothing.

- Judgment, award or enforceable title, showing it is final.
- Full identifying details of the debtor.
- Any information about the debtor's assets, accounts or employment.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 3 and 10 working days.

An attachment order is usually issued within weeks; actually collecting depends on what assets appear and can take much longer.

### How it works

1. **IS THE TITLE ENFORCEABLE?** We check that your judgment, award, approved agreement or deed is an enforceable title and that the action has not lapsed.
2. **DOCUMENTS AND QUOTE** We ask for the title, the proof it is final and whatever details you have on the debtor. Lawyer and court agent assigned; price in writing.
3. **ENFORCEMENT CLAIM AND ASSETS** We file the enforcement claim and investigate the debtor's assets by the means the court allows.
4. **ATTACHMENTS UNTIL COLLECTION** We request seizures of accounts, wages or assets and follow through until actual collection.

### Frequently asked questions

CAN YOU FIND THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS?

The court searches the official registers at a party's request. It is asked for with the enforcement claim.

CAN WAGES BE ATTACHED?

Yes, above the protected minimum and in bands. We calculate how much that comes to.

THE JUDGMENT IS YEARS OLD.

The enforcement action has a time limit. The date it became final is the first thing we check.
