### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

The EU regime is different from the general one and usually more favourable: different requirements, deadlines and card. What fails most is evidencing the family link and, where required, financial dependence.

What it includes: working out whether your case falls under the EU or the general regime; preparing the file with proof of the link and of the EU citizen's own requirements; filing, appointment and follow-up to the card. What it does not include: apostilles and translations, which are extra; we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.

#### DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED

- Full valid passport.
- EU citizen's identity document.
- Marriage, registered partnership or birth certificate, apostilled and translated.
- Evidence the EU citizen works, studies or has means and insurance.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 4 and 10 working days.

Legal deadline for the EU family member residence card: three months from filing. The card appointment depends on the province.

See [the pricing page](https://iberfacil.es/en/pricing) for how we charge this kind of matter.

### How it works

1. **WE IDENTIFY THE EXACT PROCEDURE** We tell you whether your case falls under the EU regime or the general one: it depends on the relationship and on the EU citizen's situation.
2. **DOCUMENT LIST AND QUOTE** We ask for the proof of the relationship, the EU citizen's registration and their means or employment. Price agreed, fee apart.
3. **FILING AND RECEIPT** We file the card application and arrange the police station appointment.
4. **TRACKING AND CORRECTIONS** We follow the file until the card is handed over and tell you in advance when it will need renewing.
