### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

A divorce by agreement is usually simpler than a contested one. It is worth attempting the agreement first, even where it looks impossible on day one.

What it includes: assessment of the financial and family situation; drafting the settlement agreement or the contested claim; hearing, judgment and later variation of orders where appropriate. What it does not include: it does not include winding up the matrimonial property regime where that needs its own procedure, quoted separately.

- Deeds or contracts for the family home.

2. **PROFESSIONAL AND QUOTE** We ask for the family book, payslips, deeds and your proposal on custody and maintenance. Price in writing depending on the route.
3. **PLEADINGS AND EVIDENCE** The network lawyer drafts the settlement agreement or the contested claim, and the court representative (procurador) files it at the family court.

On each parent's income, the child's costs and the time the child spends with each parent. The judge sets the amount.
