### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Reunification is decided on financial means and housing, and both are evidenced with documents that take time: the housing adequacy report is issued by the region or the town hall and has its own queue.

What it includes: working out the financial means required for the number of people; requesting the housing adequacy report and following it up; filing the application and supporting the consular visa step. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.

- Sponsor's residence card and employment history.
- Marriage or birth certificates, apostilled and translated.
- Payslips, tax return or evidence of income.
- Tenancy agreement or property deed.

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 7 and 18 working days.

Legal deadline: two months to decide, with silence meaning refusal. Several months usually pass between the Spanish file and the consular visa; the housing report is often the slowest step.

### How it works

1. **WE IDENTIFY THE EXACT PROCEDURE** We calculate the means you must prove depending on how many relatives you bring and check that your home meets the requirements.
2. **DOCUMENT LIST AND QUOTE** We ask for the relationship certificates, your payslips or income and the housing contract. Price agreed, fee apart.
3. **FILING AND RECEIPT** We request the housing suitability report and file the reunification application with a receipt.
4. **TRACKING AND CORRECTIONS** Once the permit is granted, we support your relative through the consulate visa and warn you of the entry deadline.
