### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

The permit granted and the physical card are two different things, and the second has its own appointment, fee and queue. Someone with a favourable decision and no appointment still cannot prove anything.

What it includes: booking the fingerprint appointment at the right police station; preparing the fee form and the exact documents required; following up to collection of the card. What it does not include: it does not include the fee itself, which is a disbursement in your name, and we cannot create appointments where the station offers none.

#### DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED

- The favourable decision on your permit (first issue only).
- Full valid passport.
- Three passport photographs on a white background.
- Up-to-date municipal registration certificate.
- Previous card (for renewal and duplicate) and, if it was stolen, the police report.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

The TIE must be applied for in person within 1 month (art. 209.1 of RD 1155/2024).

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 1 and 4 working days.

Collection depends on appointment availability at each police station, which varies greatly by province.

MY CARD WAS STOLEN.

You need a police report and a duplicate. We handle it with the report.

DO YOU PAY THE FEE?
