### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Winning a grant is half the work; justifying it is the other half. Grants are revoked years later over a badly prepared justification, and then the money goes back with interest.

What it includes: finding the applicable call and checking eligibility; preparing and filing the application on time; justification report and accounts at the end. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the award: grants are competitive or subject to available budget.

- Certificates of good standing with tax and social security.
- Report on the project or activity to be funded.
- Quotes or pro forma invoices for the planned costs.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 5 and 12 working days.

Calls are decided within the deadlines set by the regulatory rules of each call, usually months after the application window closes.

1. **WE IDENTIFY THE EXACT PROCEDURE** We find the call that fits your project and check that you meet the requirements before you spend time on the application.
2. **DOCUMENT LIST AND QUOTE** We ask for the project report, the budget and the certificates of good standing. Price agreed per application.
3. **FILING AND RECEIPT** We prepare and file the application on time through the granting body's portal, with a receipt.
4. **TRACKING AND CORRECTIONS** We follow the decision and, once the grant is awarded, prepare the justification within the deadline set by the call.
