### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

A public administration needs two different things: its employees signing as such, and the body itself sealing automated actions. They are different certificates, with different application and safekeeping requirements.

What it includes: determining which certificate corresponds to the post or the body; handling the application with the organisation and issuance; installation and testing on the portal or system where it will be used. What it does not include: it does not include adapting the organisation's electronic portal, which is for its technology provider.

#### DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED

- Evidence of the post and of the requesting organisation.
- Valid identity document of the public employee.
- Authorisation from the organisation's responsible officer.
