### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

With a representative certificate you act in the company's name before the tax office, social security and any government portal. What most delays issuance is not identification: it is registered powers that do not match the deed.

What it includes: prior check of the powers registered at the Commercial Registry; identification of the representative and issuance of the qualified certificate; assisted installation and a test on the portal you use. What it does not include: it does not include registering the appointment where the powers are not registered, which is quoted separately.

- Valid identity document of the representative.
- The entity's tax number and the deed of appointment.
- Commercial Registry search, which we can obtain.

### How it works

1. **WE CHOOSE THE CERTIFICATE** We check at the Commercial Registry that your powers of representation are registered and current before requesting anything.
2. **IDENTIFICATION** We ask for your ID and the company details; we obtain the registry extract ourselves. We identify you by video.
3. **ISSUANCE AND INSTALLATION** The qualified representative certificate is issued and we install it on the device you will sign from.
4. **REAL TEST AND BACKUP** We test access together to the portal you use for the company, and remind you that a change of director means revoking it.

DOES IT WORK FOR THE TAX OFFICE AND SOCIAL SECURITY?

Yes. It is the certificate normally used to operate on government portals in the entity's name.

I AM A JOINT DIRECTOR.

It can be issued, with the limitations arising from the registered powers. We check first.

WHAT IF MY APPOINTMENT IS NOT REGISTERED?

It has to be registered first. We tell you the cost and timing, and handle it if you want.

IS IT THE SAME AS A COMPANY SEAL?

No. A seal signs automatically in the entity's name; a representative certificate is used by a person.
