### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

This is the route that does not require the two years' stay, because what founds it is the family link. So what must be evidenced well is precisely that link and, where there are dependent children, living together and supporting them.

What it includes: working out the exact route and what has to be proved; obtaining and ordering birth, marriage or cohabitation certificates; filing the application and answering requests for correction. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.

#### DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED

- Full valid passport.
- Family book or birth and marriage certificates.
- Identity document of the EU, EEA or Swiss national family member.
- Joint registration certificate where relevant.

#### INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 4 and 10 working days.

Legal deadline: 3 months from entry in the competent office’s register, with silence meaning refusal. Where certificates have to come from abroad, the apostilles set the calendar.

Family-grounds residence does not require the general stay. What it requires is evidence of the family link.
