### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

The 2024 Regulation keeps this route and renames it. The key is choosing training that genuinely qualifies: not every course counts, and enrolling on the wrong one costs both the course and the application.

What it includes: checking the chosen training qualifies before you enrol; preparing and filing the application; following up the training commitment and the later work authorisation. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.

- Municipal registration certificate, historical if you have it.
- Residence card or earlier decision, if any.
- Enrolment or pre-registration on the course.
- Apostilled and translated criminal record certificate.

Legal deadline: 3 months from entry in the competent office’s register, with silence meaning refusal, plus the course enrolment calendar, which does not always match the timing of the file.

### How it works

1. **WE IDENTIFY THE EXACT PROCEDURE** Before you enrol we check that the course you have chosen is among those that allow this route and that you meet the other requirements.
2. **DOCUMENT LIST AND QUOTE** We ask for the enrolment or pre-enrolment, the proof of residence and the criminal record certificate, and we request the integration report from your regional government. Price agreed, fee apart.
3. **FILING AND RECEIPT** We file the application electronically with the training commitment and the regional integration report, and keep the receipt.
4. **TRACKING AND CORRECTIONS** We follow the permit and remind you what you must prove about the course for the later work permit.

### Frequently asked questions

DOES ANY COURSE COUNT?

No. It has to be regulated training or a vocational certificate that meets the rules. We check before you pay the enrolment fee.

CAN I WORK WHILE STUDYING?

Under the 2024 Regulation this residence permit allows work, up to 30 hours a week on socio-formative grounds (art. 131.b of RD 1155/2024). We explain the scope in your case.

WHAT IF I DROP OUT?

That breaches the training commitment and affects the permit. Worth discussing before you leave.
