### WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Benefits are refused mostly for two reasons: a requirement that was not met and nobody checked, or a deadline that passed. Before filing we look at whether the entitlement exists and from when. Unemployment benefit, for example, must be claimed within 15 working days of losing your job: if you claim later, you lose the days of delay.

What it includes: checking eligibility and the qualifying contribution period; preparing and filing the application; tracking and answering requests for correction. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the award or the amount, which depend on your contributions and on the authority's decision.

### How it works

2. **DOCUMENT LIST AND QUOTE** We ask for the documents of your specific situation: birth certificate, medical report, employer certificate or whatever applies. Price agreed.
3. **FILING AND RECEIPT** We file the application with the social security institute, the employment service or the mutual society that applies and keep the receipt.

Some benefits allow it, within a limit. It depends which one; we check.

DO I NEED A DIGITAL CERTIFICATE?
