What it includes: prior rights search and analysis of refusal risk; choosing the classes that actually cover your activity; application, tracking and responses to objections or oppositions. What it does not include: it does not include the trade mark office's official fees, paid separately and itemised in the quote.

3. **PREPARATION AND FILING** We file the application with the Spanish patent and trade mark office or the EU office, depending on the coverage you need.
4. **REMINDERS** We follow publication and examination, answer objections or oppositions and remind you in good time about renewal.
