What it does not include: it does not include transfer tax or road tax, which are taxes the party pays and are settled separately.

### How it works

1. **WE IDENTIFY THE EXACT PROCEDURE** Before anything moves we check that the vehicle has no charges, seizures, outstanding fines or an expired inspection.
2. **DOCUMENT LIST AND QUOTE** We ask for the sale contract, the registration document, the technical sheet and both parties' IDs. Price agreed, fees apart.
3. **FILING AND RECEIPT** We file the transfer through the traffic authority portal and pay the fee on your behalf. The tax on the transaction (transfer tax or VAT) is paid by you, and we tell you how much.
4. **TRACKING AND CORRECTIONS** We hand you the provisional proof when the traffic authority issues it; the traffic authority sends the definitive registration document in the new owner's name.

It depends whether they are in enforcement. We check before filing so it is not rejected.
