## The viability study

Before starting a matter whose outcome depends on how it unfolds, a professional studies your case and tells you in writing whether it is viable, which route to take, which deadline to watch and what is missing.

### WHAT THE REPORT CONTAINS

It opens with a  **one-page summary** : what we studied, our assessment and its reasons, what we recommend doing now, which deadline or step is urgent and what is missing to refine the conclusion.

Then the full analysis: the facts, the legal question, the applicable law and case law with their citations, the risks, the strategy, the documents available and pending, and the deadlines. Finally, how each phase is quoted.

Every page carries a secure verification code: anyone can use it to check that the document is authentic.

DOES THE REPORT GUARANTEE THAT I WILL WIN?

No. It is a professional opinion on the viability of your matter with the information available at the time. It tells you what could change it and never promises an outcome.

WHO WRITES THE REPORT?

A professional in the field. We use tools that help gather and organise the sources, but a person reviews and signs the text and stands behind it.

WHAT IF THE STUDY SAYS THE MATTER IS NOT VIABLE?

We tell you clearly and give the reasons. Sometimes the recommendation is not to go ahead, or to wait for a document that would change the situation.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
