I want to mediate a dispute

First consultation, viability study and quote: Free until 5 January 2027 Tell us about your case

Partners, neighbours, inheritances, customers or suppliers: disputes worth trying to settle. We first understand what is in dispute and with whom; then we see whether the other side would sit down to talk or another route is needed.

WHAT WE WILL ORGANISE

A supplier contract that has gone wrong and that you would rather sort out without going to court. Two partners who cannot agree on how to split or close the business. An inheritance stuck because one sibling will not sign. A customer disputing an invoice who you still want to work with. A dispute with the residents' association that has festered for years.

Mediation and arbitration make sense when both sides prefer a solution to being right. Our first job is to find out whether that is possible in your case. If it is, we arrange the mediation with an independent mediator, who helps you reach an agreement; if you do, it can be notarised so that it can be enforced. If it is not, we tell you and explain the alternative.

WHAT TO HAVE AT HAND

  • The contract, will, agreement or articles the dispute stems from.

  • The latest proposals exchanged with the other side.

  • The figures at stake, if the dispute is financial.
