Harassment protocol, reporting channel and external investigation

We implement the mandatory protocol, provide an external multi-channel reporting line and assign an independent investigator and legal committee for each case.

Outsourced workplace and sexual harassment management

What is included

  • Implementing the protocol, adapted to the company’s size and activity
  • External reporting channel by email, phone, web form and video call
  • Independent external investigator and a reasoned decision by the legal committee
  • Reporting to the authorities where there are indications of a criminal offence

What is included and what is not promised

The law requires a protocol, a channel and an investigation with safeguards, and a small company can rarely do that well internally: whoever investigates knows the parties, and that taints the outcome. Outsourcing protects the reporting person, the company and the evidence.

What it includes: implementing the protocol, adapted to the company’s size and activity; external reporting channel by email, phone, web form and video call; independent external investigator and a reasoned decision by the legal committee; reporting to the authorities where there are indications of a criminal offence. What it does not include: we do not replace the labour inspectorate or the courts: we document the procedure so it stands up before either.

Documents you will need

  • Company details and headcount.
  • The current protocol if there is one.
  • Applicable collective agreement.

Indicative timing

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 3 and 10 working days.

An investigation usually closes within weeks; timing depends on the number of people involved and the evidence to assess.

See the pricing page for how we charge this kind of matter.

How it works

Estimated duration: 10 days.

  1. We read the documents

We look at what your company must have given its size and activity, and what you already have: protocol, reporting channel, training.

  2. Written demand

We ask for the current protocol if there is one, the staff list and the collective agreement. We give you both figures: pay per case or annual fee.

  3. Negotiation

We put the protocol in place, open the external reporting channel and train whoever needs to know it.

  4. Agreement or next route

When a report comes in, an external investigator handles it and the legal committee decides with a reasoned report; we tell you at each milestone.

What to have at hand

  • Company details and headcount
  • The current protocol if there is one
  • Applicable collective agreement

Frequently asked questions

Is there a flat annual rate?

Yes: pay per use, charged only if a case is opened, or a flat annual rate by headcount band. We give you both figures.

Can the reporting person stay anonymous?

Where appropriate, yes, and the channel is designed for it. There are limits when the investigation requires it, explained from the outset.

Does it stand up before the labour inspectorate?

The procedure is fully documented and available for any official request.
