Someone owes me money

Invoices, loans, rent or unpaid amounts with supporting documents. We first see how much it is, since when and what papers exist; then we decide whether a claim is worth it.

What we will organise

A customer who does not pay the invoice. A friend you lent money to who no longer answers. A tenant three months behind on rent. A deposit that is not returned. Different situations, solved with the same method: evidence, amount and a serious claim.

The first thing we look at is whether the debt can be proved and whether the debtor can pay. If the answer to either is no, we tell you before you spend anything. If it is yes, the debt recovery service sends a demand letter and, if needed, takes the matter to court with a lawyer from the network.

What to have at hand

  • The paper that shows the debt: invoice, contract, receipt or bank transfer.
  • Messages where the debt is acknowledged or payment is promised.
  • The debtor's full name and an address.
