WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED
A qualified natural person certificate lets you identify yourself and sign before any Spanish authority. As a Registration Authority for Víntegris — a qualified trust service provider — we identify you, handle issuance and do not leave until we have tested it with you on a real procedure.
What it includes: video identification under the Spanish remote identification rules; issuance of the qualified certificate and secure delivery; assisted installation on computer or phone and a test on a real government portal. What it does not include: the procedures you later carry out with it, which are separate services.
WHAT YOU WILL USE IT FOR
With it you file your income tax return and other taxes with the Tax Agency, check your employment record or claim benefits with Social Security, collect electronic notifications, sign contracts and PDF documents and deal with your town hall or regional government without booking an appointment. It is personal: it identifies you, not a company; to act on behalf of a company you need the representative one.
DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED
Valid identity document or passport.
A working email address and mobile number in your name.
A device with a camera for video identification.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
You order and pay in your client area in a few minutes, and upload your documents right there. As soon as we have checked them, you receive by email and text message the link to identify yourself by video. Issuance usually completes the same day where video identification passes first time. If a document is missing or the video identification has to be repeated, we tell you by email and carry on from there.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A CERTIFICATE
If you ordered it through us, we warn you before it expires and you renew it from your client area with “Renew my certificate” or from the link in the warning itself. If another issuer made it, order a new one right here. More in certificate renewal and revocation.

YOU UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS
Your valid ID card, foreigner number card or passport, when ordering or later from the request itself. We check it before moving on to identification.

YOU IDENTIFY YOURSELF BY VIDEO
You receive by email and text message the link for the video identification from your phone. Once passed, the Víntegris CA issues your certificate and you get the download link and its code.

INSTALLATION AND A REAL TEST
We install it with you on your computer or phone and log into a real government portal together to check that it signs; we show you how to keep the backup copy.

Frequently asked questions
IS IT AS VALID AS THE FNMT CERTIFICATE?
Yes. Both are qualified certificates under the eIDAS Regulation, and that is what determines validity, not the issuer.
DO I HAVE TO GO TO AN OFFICE?
No: identification is done by video, from your phone, under the Spanish remote identification rules.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
You choose the validity when ordering, among those shown with their price on this page. We warn you before it expires so you can renew it from your client area.
CAN IT BE INSTALLED ON A PHONE?

WHAT IF THE VIDEO IDENTIFICATION FAILS?
We tell you by email and text message what happened. You have three attempts with the same link; if it becomes invalid, it is cancelled and a new process has to be requested.
