Immediate procedures, at a closed price
If what you need is an everyday procedure, nothing has to be studied: it has a published price, you accept it and we start. The price you see is ours; public fees are paid in your name and passed on exactly as they are, with no margin.

Complex matters: the assessment is free
When a matter depends on documents, deadlines and what the other side does, it cannot be priced in advance without lying. What we do is read it and tell you in writing: what options there are, how likely each is and what each phase costs.
That report and that quote are free. If, having read them, you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

How we charge a complex matter
Proceedings are not charged all at once or blind: they are charged by phase, and you only pay for the next one if you decide to take it.

Step 1: A fixed payment on account before each phase
Out of court, court and enforcement are separate phases and each has its own payment on account, known before it starts. It covers the work and the professionals involved: the court agent and the expert are paid in full before delivering their signed work. It is paid win or lose, because the work is done either way.

Step 2: A success fee only where there is money to recover
In matters claiming an amount — a debt, a dismissal, compensation, a claim against an insurer or a bank — there is also a percentage of what is actually collected, varying with the amount. It falls due when the money is in your account, not when judgment is given. That is where we make our margin.

Step 3: Where nothing is recovered, there is no success fee
A residence permit, a licence, a certificate or an incorporation recovers no money: there is nothing to take a percentage of. Those services carry a closed price or a free quote, never a variable one.

Step 4: Fees and disbursements, separate and without margin
Public fees are paid in your name and passed on at exactly what they cost, with the receipt. They carry no VAT and no mark-up of ours. The quote keeps them separate from our own fees so you can see what is what.
Debts up to €2,000.00: you never pay anything
Small debt recovery does not work on payments on account or fees. You assign us the claim, we become the creditor and we claim in our own name — including the order for payment procedure, which needs no lawyer or court agent because the creditor is us.
Of whatever is collected, we settle 80 % to you. If nothing is collected, you owe nothing and you have advanced nothing.

Frequently asked questions
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price is published with VAT included and, beside it, the base and the VAT shown separately. Public fees carry no VAT: they are separate, in your name and without a mark-up.
What if the matter gets complicated?
A new phase is a new quote, which you accept or not. The engagement is never extended without your signature.
Do I get the payment on account back if we lose?
No: it pays for work done and professionals already paid. What does not fall due without a result is the success fee.
What does it cost to have you look at my case?
Nothing. The assessment and the quote are free, and we also tell you when it is not worth pursuing.
Can I pay in instalments?
For many services, yes. Tell us when you accept the quote and we will set it up.
Do you have a monthly fee for my company?
No. We charge per matter: the procedure or the case you ask us to handle, priced before we start. There is no monthly retainer for bookkeeping, payroll or tax filings; if that is what you need, we introduce you to a firm in our network.
