What is included
- Your account taken down as you give it, with dates and people involved
- Your documents and screenshots attached to the complaint
- Filing with the competent authority and the filing receipt
Facts, documents, screenshots and a clear account to file a complaint. We take down what you tell us as you tell it, attach your evidence and send the complaint to the right authority, with its receipt.
You were scammed in an online purchase. Someone threatens or insults you by message. You have been assaulted. You found out someone is using your identity. Or you saw something and want to report it. Reporting a crime is a right and you do not need a lawyer to do it; what helps is that the account arrives complete and in order.
Before you start, it helps to be clear on what happened, when, who, and what proof you have for each point, and to keep that evidence with its date and origin visible. The complaints service takes down your account at an appearance, formalises the complaint with your evidence attached and sends it to the competent authority. It does not include legal advice: we do not assess the facts or suggest a strategy, and if you need that it is contracted separately with an independent professional. If there is immediate danger, do not wait: call 112.
Tell us what happened in two minutes. A person explains how we handle the complaint and what it costs.
