We are looking for a few well-chosen procuradores in each judicial district. You receive the power of attorney granted, the lawyer's pleading and the funds already collected by Iberfácil. You file, serve and keep the diary; client follow-up is the platform's job.

FUNDS COLLECTED BEFORE YOU ACT Iberfácil collects the provision for each stage from the client before opening it. Court fees, rights and disbursements do not come out of your account.

SHARED HEARINGS AND DEADLINES Every hearing, term and notice goes into the shared diary with alerts to the lawyer, to you and to the central team.
HOW A COURT AGENT FITS INTO THE NETWORK
When a matter in your district moves to litigation, the assignment engine proposes the representation to you. You see the type of proceeding, the likely court, the directing lawyer and your estimated fees. If you accept, you receive the documents through the workspace and file through the justice administration systems as usual.
You also act on an ad hoc basis for matters from other provinces when an in-person act is needed: a hearing, a formality, a delivery. The engagement is light and settled separately.

Step 1: ASSOCIATION AND JUDICIAL DISTRICTS
Give us your Colegio de Procuradores, your number and the districts where you usually act.

We check membership and insurance, and discuss the expected volume and your discount policy on the tariff, if you have one.

Step 3: BUSINESS CONTRACT SIGNED ONLINE
You sign electronically and become available for matters in your districts.

HOW MANY COURT AGENTS DO YOU ADMIT PER DISTRICT?
Few. The network covers each district with as many as the real workload needs, so each one receives genuine work.
WHO PAYS COURT FEES AND DISBURSEMENTS?
Iberfácil, from the funds it collects from the client before each stage. They are re-invoiced as disbursements in the client's name where applicable.
HOW ARE MY FEES CALCULATED?
On the official tariff in force. You may offer a discount in your contract; charging above the legal ceiling is never allowed.
DO I DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE CLIENT?
Only when essential, and always through the platform's channels. Follow-up, explanations and alerts are handled by Iberfácil.
