PAID BEFORE YOU DELIVER The expert's fee is paid in full before you deliver the signed and stamped report. It is a platform rule, not a case-by-case negotiation.

SUBJECT AND DOCUMENTATION DEFINED The directing lawyer sets what must be assessed and the central team gathers what you need. If something is missing, the platform requests it.

COURT APPEARANCE COORDINATED If the report goes to trial, the hearing enters the shared diary with alerts, and your appearance is agreed as part of the engagement.

INDEPENDENCE RESPECTED You are an independent expert: your conclusion is yours. Iberfácil guarantees official qualifications and objectivity because that is what it sells the client.
HOW AN EXPERT ENGAGEMENT ARRIVES
When a matter needs expert evidence, the directing lawyer defines the subject and the assignment engine proposes the engagement to the experts in that discipline in the area. You see the subject, the delivery deadline and the proposed fee, and accept or decline. If you accept, you receive the documents through the workspace and deliver the report through the same channel, signed electronically.
There are also engagements without litigation: reports for an administrative procedure or a technical claim that the client contracts directly. The circuit is the same.

Your official qualification, the subjects you assess, whether you are a member of a professional body and which provinces you can travel to.

We verify qualification, insurance and tax ID and discuss your usual delivery times and your fee band.

You sign as a freelancer or company and enter the distribution of engagements in your discipline.

WHO SETS MY FEES?
Your contract sets a band per type of report; each engagement comes with a specific amount you see before accepting.
WHAT IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT PAY?
It is not your risk. Iberfácil collects the provision covering your fee before opening the stage and pays you before delivery.
DO I HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT?
Only if the engagement includes it and you have accepted it. The appearance is agreed and paid as part of the engagement.
IS PROFESSIONAL BODY MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED?
It depends on the discipline. Accredited official qualifications are always required; membership, where the profession demands it.
