An expert report is not worth what its technical depth is worth, but what it is worth in answering the exact question the judge will ask. Choosing the right discipline and framing the question is half the work.
What it includes: defining the question and choosing the discipline; assigning the qualified expert and coordinating the work; delivery on time and confirmation in court where required. What it does not include: the expert is independent and the conclusion is theirs: we do not commission reports with the answer decided in advance. This is not legal advice: what evidence is advisable or what to put to the judge is for your lawyer to decide, and your lawyer is the one who files the report. The expert is appointed by the party, not by the court, and the price does not cover a court-appointed expert.
