Lawyers · every specialty and province

The matter arrives ready.
You direct it.

Civil, criminal, employment, commercial, administrative, family, immigration, consumer, banking, succession or traffic law: you receive case files with the facts in order, evidence gathered, deadlines calculated and the client already under contract. Spend your time on strategy and pleadings, not on marketing or collections.

  • INTERNAL REPORT AND EVIDENCE GATHERED Before accepting you see an anonymised report with facts, legal category, deadlines and what Iberfácil would pay you. Client details come on confirmation.

  • COURT AGENT AND EXPERTS COORDINATED The platform books the court agent for the district and any expert needed, and handles their funds. You look for nobody.

  • A CENTRAL LEGAL TEAM BEHIND YOU In-house supervisors review viability, deadlines and quality, and work through procedural questions or issues outside your field with you.

  • PAID BY IBERFÁCIL, NOT BY THE CLIENT Iberfácil collects the provision for each stage before opening it. Your fee is settled under your contract, with a written payment term.

HOW YOU WORK A MATTER

The client arrives through the website, by phone or through a Point. The central team runs the viability study, closes the written quote and reserves candidate professionals before the client accepts. Once they accept and pay the provision, the case file opens in stages — pre-litigation, litigation, enforcement — and you take technical direction of the stage that is yours.

You work from your own office, on your own hours and with your own judgement. Communication with the client runs through the shared workspace and a platform phone extension, so neither of you has to share a personal mobile.

  • You accept or decline each proposal
  • You sign with your certificate from SignSuite
  • Deadlines and hearings with automatic alerts
  • ANA drafts documents that you approve

Frequently asked questions

WHO SETS THE FEES?

Your contract sets a band. Within it, each engagement comes with a proposed amount you see before accepting. You are never assigned a matter at a price you have not seen.

WHICH BAR DETAILS ARE REQUIRED?

Bar association, membership number and professional liability insurance in force. A person checks them against the documents before activating you.

CAN I KEEP THE CLIENT FOR OTHER MATTERS?

The client contracts with Iberfácil and their new matters enter through the network, where they can choose you again. Your contract covers this with a time-limited non-solicitation clause.

WHAT IF I CANNOT CONTINUE WITH A MATTER?

You finish the current procedural stage or hand over, with leave, to a colleague in the network through the platform. Notice and settlement are in your contract.

DO I GET TERRITORIAL EXCLUSIVITY?

It is not mandatory. It is a negotiable clause of the contract, with a minimum number of referrals if you ask for it.
