What is included and what is not promised
Long-term residence is refused mostly for two reasons: a five-year count that does not add up, and absences beyond what is allowed. Both are checked before filing, not after.
What it includes: counting the five years of residence and reviewing absences; preparing and filing the application; follow-up and the long-term residence card appointment. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.
Documents you will need
- Full valid passport.
- Municipal registration certificate, historical if you have it.
- Residence card or earlier decision, if any.
- History of earlier permits.
- Spanish criminal record certificate.
