1. What this document is for
The General Terms and Conditions of Contracting apply to all services. Each service may also have its own particular terms, which specify exactly what is done, what is not, how long it takes, how much it costs and what liability each party assumes.
This document explains how those particular terms are organised, what rules they all follow and which ones are published.
2. What each set of particular terms contains
Every set of particular terms contains the following, in this order:
- What exactly you are contracting — description of the service in plain language.
- What is included — closed list of deliverables and actions.
- What is NOT included — explicit list.
- Who carries it out — own staff, an assigned registered professional (profesional colegiado), or both, and how you are told.
- How it proceeds — phases, milestones and what is asked of you in each.
- Time limits — those that depend on Iberfácil, separated from those that do not.
- Price — with the separation into three blocks: fees, third-party costs and disbursements (suplidos).
- Online contracting and withdrawal — prior information, order confirmation with obligation to pay, and how withdrawal relates to the immediate start of the service.
- Your obligations.
- Liability — what Iberfácil is liable for and what it is not, consistent with article 13 of the General Terms and Conditions.
- Specific data protection, if the service processes special categories or criminal-offence data.
- Version, language and precedence of the Spanish version.
3. Rules that all follow
- They do not repeat what the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or the Electronic Signature Policy already say: they refer to them.
- They do not contradict article 2 of the General Terms and Conditions: Iberfácil provides the service directly and always issues the invoice itself.
- They do not promise functionality that does not exist.
- They separate consumers from businesses in everything relating to withdrawal, late payment and jurisdiction.
4. Published particular terms
| Service | Document |
|---|---|
| Processing of criminal complaints (denuncias) | Particular Terms — Processing of Criminal Complaints |
For services that do not have published particular terms, the General Terms and Conditions apply, and the scope, price, phases and time limits of your case are set out in your quotation and your engagement sheet (hoja de encargo), which you accept before any action begins.
The particular terms published on 30 March 2025 for administrative proceedings, court proceedings, expert reports, debt claims, mediation and arbitration, harassment and professional collaboration do not apply to engagements contracted from the publication of this document onwards; earlier engagements continue to be governed by the version that was accepted. Professional collaboration is governed by the collaboration contract that each professional signs.
