Legal notice
Who is behind this site, on what terms you may use it and how far our liability for what is published here extends.
This is a translation of the Spanish original. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Version 3

| NIF (Spanish tax identification number) | B13748173 |

| gestion@iberfacil.es | |
| Website | https://iberfacil.es |
The email address gestion@iberfacil.es is the official contact address for all purposes of this set of documents: enquiries, complaints and the exercise of data protection rights.
IBERFÁCIL is a commercial brand of IBERMÓVIL & HOSTING, S.L. It is not a separate company. Whenever “Iberfácil” appears in any document of this set, it refers to IBERMÓVIL & HOSTING, S.L. acting under that brand.
2. What Iberfácil does
Iberfácil provides legal and administrative services to individuals and businesses: procedures before Public Administrations, court proceedings, expert appraisals, claims for unpaid debts, mediation and arbitration, compliance in relation to workplace and sexual harassment, and any other services published on the site from time to time.
Iberfácil provides those services itself. It is not a directory of professionals or a mere intermediary: it contracts with you, carries out the engagement with its own resources —in-house staff, self-employed professionals, employees or subcontracted collaborating firms— and it invoices you itself. For you there is a one-stop shop and a single point of contact. Who actually carries out each task is a matter of Iberfácil's internal organisation, which is communicated to you when the law or the service itself requires it.
When a service requires the involvement of a professional who is a registered member of a professional association (profesional colegiado) —a lawyer, a court procurator (procurador), an expert (perito)—, that professional acts under their own qualification and professional registration (colegiación), and you are told who they are and which professional association (colegio) they belong to before they begin to act.
3. Third-party brands and portals
Iberfácil's platform may operate portals under other organisations' own brands (administrative services firms or gestorías, advisory firms or asesorías, and other entities in the network). On those portals:
- The legal notice, the identity of the provider and the applicable terms are always displayed visibly on the portal itself.
- Whoever contracts must be able to know, before contracting, who the actual provider of the service is and who processes their personal data.
- The provider of the service is Iberfácil. The organisation that gives the portal its name acts as a channel and as a brand: it brings the service closer to its customers, but does not provide or invoice it. The fact that a portal carries the brand of a third party does not make that third party the provider of the service.
4. Terms of use of the site
Using the site makes you a user and means that you accept this Legal Notice. You undertake to:
- Use the site and its services in accordance with the law, good faith and public order.
- Not enter false data or impersonate another person.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the operation of the site, extract content on a massive scale or introduce harmful code.
- Keep your access credentials safe and notify us if you suspect that someone is using them.
Iberfácil may suspend access for anyone who breaches these rules, and will do so proportionately and with notice, unless the notice itself would compromise the security of the platform or of third parties.
5. You are talking to an artificial intelligence: when, and what you can ask for
Iberfácil uses artificial intelligence assistants —collectively presented under the name ANA— in the site chat, in messaging support and in the preparation of documents.
- You are always informed when whoever is attending to you is an AI assistant and not a person. The identification appears at the start of the conversation and is visible throughout it.
- You can always ask to speak to a person. You only need to ask for it in the conversation itself; the assistant transfers the conversation to a human case manager without imposing any conditions or requiring you to give a reason.
- No document, quotation, written submission or communication with effects for you leaves Iberfácil without a person having reviewed and approved it. The AI prepares, a person validates.
- The AI does not make decisions about accepting or rejecting your engagement, or about the final price: it proposes, and a case manager decides.
The data processing involved in the use of these assistants is explained in the Privacy Policy, in the article on artificial intelligence.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, designs, code, databases, document templates and the name and logo of Iberfácil are owned by IBERMÓVIL & HOSTING, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised their use. You may view and use them to contract and follow your services; you may not reproduce, distribute, transform or commercially exploit them without written authorisation.
The documents that Iberfácil prepares for you within an engagement are yours for the purpose of the engagement. The template with which they are prepared remains Iberfácil's.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to the electronic offices (sedes electrónicas) of Public Administrations, the portals of public bodies and third-party websites. Those links are a convenience for you; Iberfácil does not control, and is not responsible for, their content or their privacy policies.
If you want to link to Iberfácil from your website, you may link to the home page without needing authorisation, provided that you do not reproduce our content or suggest a commercial relationship that does not exist.
8. Verification of documents
If you have a secure verification code (código seguro de verificación, CSV) for a document, you can consult its verification record and fingerprint in the verifier, when they are available. The fingerprint makes it possible to compare an identical digital copy of the file; it is not calculated from a paper copy and does not, on its own, guarantee the identity of the signatory.
Where it is verified: on the domain of the brand that issued the document, at the path /csv. For example, a document issued under the IBERFÁCIL brand is verified at iberfacil.es/csv; one issued under another brand operated on the same platform is verified on the domain of that brand. The exact address is printed on the document itself and encoded in its QR code, so there is no need to remember it.
The verifier shows the document's verification record —with the signatories' names masked— and the fingerprint of the original, and allows the original to be downloaded while it is available. For documents signed on the platform, it checks the fingerprint at the moment it serves the document: if the original file is missing or the fingerprint does not match the one registered, it responds “No encontramos ese documento” [“We could not find that document”], just as it does for a code that does not exist. For other types of document, if the original is no longer available, the verification record may be shown without the download. The only status notice that exists is “ANULADO” [“CANCELLED”], and only on manually sealed documents.
Expired does not mean false. An expired document is still exactly the one that was signed and its fingerprint still matches; what has ended is its period of effectiveness, not its authenticity. The verifier does not indicate whether a document has expired.
Continuity: a code is printed on paper and cannot be withdrawn from circulation. Therefore, Iberfácil undertakes to ensure that all issued codes can continue to be verified at iberfacil.es/csv even if the domain of the brand that issued the document changes or ceases to exist (Electronic Signature Policy, article 6.5).
The verifier attests to the integrity of the document and to the fact that it was issued on the platform; it does not change the type of signature with which it was signed. Which signature is used and what value it has is explained in the Electronic Signature Policy.
9. Liability for the site
Iberfácil does what is reasonable to ensure that the site works, is available and contains no errors, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a total absence of faults. It is not liable for damage arising from causes beyond its reasonable control (network failures, power outages, attacks, actions of third parties).
This refers to the website. Liability for contracted services is regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting.
10. Unlawful content
If you detect on the site, on a portal operated on the platform or in the public directory of Iberfácil Points any content that you consider unlawful or harmful, write to us at gestion@iberfacil.es. We will remove or block the content where appropriate, with the diligence required by article 16 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act, LSSI-CE).

12. Governing law and claims
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence; no clause of this set of documents takes that right away from you.
If you contract as a business or professional, and for everything relating to this Legal Notice, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Miranda de Ebro (Burgos).
13. Versions of this document
Every published version of this document is archived and remains accessible. When you accept terms on the platform, which version and in which language was shown to you is recorded.
