A badly handled transfer leaves the seller answering for fines they never incurred and the buyer with a car that cannot be driven. Checking charges, taxes and the roadworthiness test before signing takes an afternoon and saves years.
What it includes: review of the traffic authority report before filing; prior check of charges, seizures, fines and roadworthiness; electronic filing with the traffic authority and payment of fees; provisional proof when the traffic authority issues it; the traffic authority sends the definitive one. What it does not include: it does not include transfer tax or road tax, which are taxes the party pays and are settled separately.
