What is included and what is not promised
Many fines are quashed because of how they were processed, not because of what happened on the road. What decides it is the deadline: twenty calendar days for submissions from notification of the charge and one month for an appeal from notification of the penalty (articles 95 and 96 of the consolidated Road Traffic Act, Royal Legislative Decree 6/2015).
