An Iberfácil Point is an agency, an advisory firm, a law firm or a business open to the public that offers whoever walks in everything Iberfácil solves, without growing its structure. Whatever your office does not do, you refer to us and we handle it with the network.
For every matter you refer you earn a commission of 20 % of the net amount invoiced; if you also collect cash from clients who prefer to pay in person, 3.50 % of what you collect. Your client wins too: coming through a Point gets them a discount of up to 15 % on their quote.

As a professional: matters in your field, already in order
Lawyers, court solicitors, expert witnesses, labour relations advisers and administrative agents receive work in their field and area from Iberfácil. The matter arrives with the facts in order, the documents uploaded and the scope agreed with the client: you do the technical work and we take care of finding clients, administration and follow-up.
You are paid for every accepted assignment, on terms signed before you start, and you see every matter and every settlement in the network panel.

The best option is to be both at once
An office with professionals inside gets the most out of the network by being a Point and a professional at the same time. What your team knows how to do comes to you as work; what it does not, you refer and earn your commission. That way no client leaves your counter without an answer and your people work on what they do best.
It is a single sign-up: afterwards each role has its own agreement and its own terms, and you can start with one and add the other whenever you like.

Your entity and your whole team, in the network
Whatever shape you have: sole practitioner or multi-lawyer firm, administrative agency, advisory firm, consultancy or retail point. Whoever runs it registers the entity —tax ID, legal name, address and professional memberships— and then invites their people: partners, lawyers, court solicitors, expert witnesses, labour relations advisers, administrative agents and office staff, each with their own role.
Your entity receives matters according to its members' specialties: if you have a criminal lawyer, criminal cases can come your way; if you have a labour relations adviser, employment and Social Security matters. Each member sees their own work and the administrator manages everything from a single panel.

How to join

Step 1: You leave us four details
The name of your firm, agency or business, your name, an e-mail and a phone number. Nothing else.

Step 2: We call you
A short conversation, by phone or video call, to get to know each other, answer questions and see what suits you best.

Step 3: You register your entity and your team
We invite you to the network panel: you complete your entity's details and invite your people with their role and specialties.

Step 4: We sign and you start
We sign the agreement for what you are going to be and you start referring clients, receiving work, or both.

Four details and we call you. No fee: you can be a Point, a professional or both.
Basic data protection information
Controller: Iberfácil. Purpose: to review your application to the network, contact you about it and, if it goes ahead, register your entity. Legal basis: your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Recipients: nobody outside Iberfácil, except the tax ID check with the Spanish tax agency and legal obligations. Retention: if the application does not go ahead, it is deleted after the period set by the brand, twelve months unless stated otherwise. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as explained in the privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to choose between being a Point or a professional?
No. It is a single sign-up and you can be both. We recommend it if there are professionals in your office: what you know how to do comes to you as work and the rest you refer.
Do I have to give up my clients?
No. Your clients remain yours. You work with the volume you can take on and there is no fee of any kind.
Can I sign up my whole firm?
Yes. Whoever runs the entity registers it and invites the team; each person has their role and specialties, and the entity receives matters according to what its people know how to do.
When do I get paid?
Professionals are paid per accepted assignment; Points, for every referred matter that is contracted. The specific terms are signed before starting.
What about data protection?
We sign the corresponding data processing agreement and every matter is traced. Client data is not shared beyond what the case needs.
