What is included and what is not promised
With a representative certificate you act in the company's name before the tax office, social security and any government portal. What most delays issuance is not identification: it is registered powers that do not match the deed.
What it includes: prior check of the powers registered at the Commercial Registry; identification of the representative and issuance of the qualified certificate; assisted installation and a test on the portal you use. What it does not include: it does not include registering the appointment where the powers are not registered, which is quoted separately.
