WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

Renewal has a window before and after expiry, and filing outside it complicates a file that was going well. The second thing that decides it is contributions for the period: gaps have to be explained, not hidden.

What it includes: checking the filing window and the period's contributions; preparing and filing the renewal electronically; follow-up, corrections and the residence card appointment. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the permit or speed up the authority: the immigration office or the ministry decides in its own time.

DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED

  • Full valid passport.

  • Municipal registration certificate, historical if you have it.

  • Your current residence card (TIE).

  • If you are employed: up-to-date employment history and recent payslips.

  • If you are employed: current contract or evidence of means.

  • If you are self-employed: self-employment registration and certificates showing you are up to date with tax and Social Security.

  • If you are self-employed: your latest VAT and income tax returns.

INDICATIVE TIMING

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 3 and 8 working days.

It is filed from two months before expiry up to three months after; filed in time, the previous permit is extended until the decision. Legal deadline: three months; the effect of silence depends on the type of renewal (approval for residence and work as an employee).

    We file the renewal electronically and keep the receipt, which proves your status is regular while it is decided only if you filed in time (art. 80.1 of RD 1155/2024).

  4. TRACKING AND CORRECTIONS

    We follow the decision, answer any correction request and book the appointment for the new card.
