Permanent disability is decided on what the medical reports say, not on how unwell you feel. Most of the work is gathering and ordering those reports so the disability assessment team sees what actually limits you.
What it includes: review of the clinical history and of the documented limitations; preparing and filing the application; prior claim and court claim if the degree is refused or falls short. What it does not include: we cannot guarantee the degree or the award: they are decided by the assessment panel and, where relevant, by the employment court.

INDICATIVE TIMING
We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.
Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 7 and 15 working days.
The INSS has 135 days to decide; with no decision the claim is deemed refused. Before going to the employment court a prior administrative claim (30 days) is required, and the court claim adds its own calendar.
