Commercial Registry: searches, certificates and filings

What is included

  • Requesting searches, certificates and charge reports
  • Legalisation of books and filing of annual accounts
  • Registering changes of director, address or corporate purpose

What is included and what is not promised

The Commercial Registry is where a company exists for third parties. A change of director that is not registered, or accounts that are not filed, have consequences you notice too late: the registry closes.

What it includes: requesting searches, certificates and charge reports; legalisation of books and filing of annual accounts; registering changes of director, address or corporate purpose. What it does not include: it does not include preparing the annual accounts or the notarial deed, which are quoted separately.

Documents you will need

  • Company name and tax number.
  • Minutes or deed recording the resolution to be registered.
  • Prepared and approved annual accounts, where filing is the purpose.

Indicative timing

We answer your enquiry within 1 working day and send the written quote within 2 working days.

Once your documents are complete, we prepare the file between 2 and 6 working days.

The Registry reviews within working days; a review with defects opens a period to correct them.

See the pricing page for how we charge this kind of matter.

How it works

Estimated duration: 6 days.

  1. We identify the exact procedure

We tell you what you need from the Commercial Registry: a search, a certificate, legalising books, filing accounts or registering a change.

  2. Document list and quote

We ask for the company details and, for a registration, the deed or the minutes that support it. Price agreed, registry fees apart.

  3. Filing and receipt

We file the request or the deposit electronically with the appropriate registry.

  4. Tracking and corrections

We follow the registrar's assessment and, if a defect is raised, correct it and file again.

What to have at hand

  • Company name and tax number
  • Minutes or deed recording the resolution to be registered
  • Prepared and approved annual accounts, where filing is the purpose
